- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F43XPO21300200 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote . The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This acquisition is a 100% small business setaside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 335999 , with a small business size standard of 500 employees Weather alert radios - frequency 171.3875/decode tone 1004.0/modulation 4kHz. Receiver sensitivity set to .5 microvolts - quantity 465 (Manufacturer: Midland Consumer Radio Inc, model #74-109). Upgrade/change weather radio crystal frequency 171.3875/decode tone 1004.0/modulation 4kHZ - quantity 465 (Suggested source International Crystal Manufacturing CO, INC.) Only the model listed will meet the Governments needs as we are matching existing units already in use. Desired delivery on or before 30 June 02. Please provide FOB destination pricing. Submit dated quotations on company letter head or quotation form. Quotations may be faxed to (580) 481-7472. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Dec 2001) with the quotation.
