Description

This is not a request for proposal. Services, Nonpersonal: Provide all personnel, equipment, labor, and materials for the assessment of security equipment at Los Angeles Air Force Base in California. This assessment shall include all alarmed facilities to include Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities (SCIF's) and vaults, all Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and inter-connecting devices, all perimeter equipment to include fence lines, all communication equipment and inter-connecting devices, all Central Processing Units (CPU) and back-up systems, all equipment located on the Law Enforcement Desk (LED), all controlled access points in Areas A and B, any and all outside lighting to include proper locations. Upon completion of the assessment, provide recommendations for any deficiencies noted in the above areas. Certain areas of assessment will require secure access. This service is listed as NAICS 541690, Security Consulting Services, size standard $6.0 million. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The Government will not recognize any costs associated with the submission of a statement of capability.
