NA 17. This requirement is for PRON: AX2C0239AX; NSN: 6620-01-457-7274; PN: 414ES270-16; Quantity: 41 each - and Maximum 241 each 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airframe/Power Train Unit. This it em is restricted to Boeing Helicopters, Div of the Boeing Co., RT 291 and Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099, Cage Code: 77272; and Poly-Scientific Div, 750 W. Sprowl Rd., Springfield, PA 19064. Destination with delivery Texarkana, TX 41 each. Require delivery is 41 each 360 Days After Contract Award. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Govern ment data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. This Acquisition contains technical data whos e export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Ap proval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
