Description: In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 37.3, this requirement is being procured as Service-type contract vice a Construction-type contract and will be under the jurisdiction of the Service Contract Act vice the Davis Bacon Act. As a result, some of the information has changed. The solicitation number has also been changed from N47408-02-R-2332 to N47408-02-R-2333. Please refer to the synopsis under solicitation N47408-02-R-2333 for all the changes.
