Description: The contractor shall provide the necessary circuit, equipment, and testing as well as network operations services to provide 2.048MB/s internet service. The service is to be provided at Incirlik Air Base, Adana, Turkey. The contractor must interface with a CISCO 7507 Premier Data, Voice, and Video Router. The contractor must be a major backbone commercial internet provider. The contractor must have a network operations center staffed 24 hours per day/7 days per week. This service will be procured using FAR Part 12 procedures. The estimated solicitation issue date is 10 June 2002.
