- This synopsis announces the final decision of the Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76 for distribution operations at the Defense Distribution Depot, Albany, Georgia (DDAG). The study resulted in the decision to continue to perform the activity in-house and implement the Government's Most Efficient Organization (MEO). The public review period began on March 4, 2002 and concluded on May 9, 2002. Solicitation SP0700-01-R-7010 is hereby canceled in its entirety.
