- On October 9, 2001 the Defense Logistics Agency announced a public-private competition for selected logistics functions at 61 Defense Reutilization and Marketing Offices (DRMOs) field sites. The selected functions include: inbound transportation, receiving, stowing, and issuing property, outbound transportation, inventory accountability, and customer assistance.This competition follows guidelines described in OMB Circular A-76. This market research is intended to solicit ideas and opinions pertaining to the competition.
