FOB Destination. Unrestricted. ABVS applies. Delivery schedule is 137 days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Quantity 22054 each to be delivered to Tinker AFB OK. 100% option will be included in RFP. See Notes 22, 23, and 26. Quotations must be submitted in writing. Anticipated award date is 12 Sep 2002.
