- Contractor requirements include designing, developing, administrating and evaluating an annual Fitness and Wellness Program at DSCR for approximately 2,200 employees . A contract will be awarded under formal source selection/best value procedures, with technical being more important than cost/price, for a one-year period with the option to extend the terms of the contract for four additional years. The effort shall consist of developing, managing, promoting, and evaluating a Wellness Program which promotes positive lifestyle changes, good health and fitness, and where possible, prevents illness. The program should include lifestyle/health risk analyses, consultations with management, a level of effort for intervention/ educational seminars, health screenings, aerobics classes, and other activities. Deliverables include individual health risk reports, plans and schedules, and a corporate profile report for management, A full time on-site Health Promotion Director is required.
