- RFQ R9-ORB-2-4009 This procurement is for the cutting of brush on approximately 2280 acres on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie, Wilmington, IL. Work will start after August 15, 2002. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. All quotations should be received in the issuing office no later than the close of business, July 11, 2002. Mail quotations to: USDA Forest Service, Eastern Region, 310 W. Wisconsin Ave. Ste. 500, Milwaukee, WI 53203.
