- Description
- This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.5 Test Program where simplified acquisition procedures apply. Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR may apply. The project consists of the application of 285 tons of hot bituminous plant mix patching and the application of a single bituminous surface treatment to 49,840 square yards of existing pavement on Road 967 and Road 967B at Choctaw Lake Recreation Area on the Tombigbee National Forest, Choctaw County, National Forests in Mississippi. Length of road is approximately 3.97 miles and estimated construction time is 30 calendar days. A Bond of 20 percent of offered price must accompany proposal. The successful Offeror is required to submit a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment within 10 days of notification of award. This project is open to both Large and Small Businesses; IT IS NOT A SET-A-SIDE. Government estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000.
