- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, issued as a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. Copies of the solicitation will be available by downloading from the Internet from the "Industry Interactive Procurement System" (IIPS) home page located at address: http://www/pr/doe.gov. For assistance in registering in the IIPS system, contact the help desk at (800)683-0751. The Government will evaluate quotes in response to the solicitation and will award a purchase order to the responsible bidder whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the government considering price. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer.
