- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) through the Program Support Center has a Nine (9) month simplified acquisition procurement for a writer with skills in compiling oral histories, chronicle the development of the Safe Schools/Healthy Students initiative from it's inception in fiscal year 1999. The purpose of this narrative will be to serve as a model/example of the process for creating Federal partnerships that from the perspective of the community appear "seamless." All firms interested in being considered for this potential acquisition shall request a copy of the solicitation in writing to the above address by 3:30 pm on June 13, 2002.
