- NAICS: 511130 SBA Small Business Size Standard: 500 The U.S. Coast Guard intends to purchase a full page advertisement in the 2002 African American Yearbook. This is a sole source procurement, see note 22. 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested parties are advised to submit proposals by 4pm, June 7th, 2002. All applicable FAR clauses are attached through a Microsoft Word format.
