- Description
- The Network Logistics Contracting Activity, Augusta, Georgia, is soliciting quotes to provide Mammography and other related services as listed in the Statement of Work to Central Alabama Veterans Health Care Systems (CAVHCS) patients/beneficiaries located in the Montgomery and Tuskegee, AL area and the Columbus, GA area. The Contractor?s facility must be located in Montgomery, Alabama for patients located in the Montgomery and Tuskegee area and in the Columbus, Georgia for patients located in Columbus, Georgia area. Offerors may submit a proposal on any one or any combination of these locations. An offeror submitting a proposal for both locations may not necessarily receive an award for both locations. Multiple contract awards may be made from this solicitation. The contract includes a Base Year (one year from date of award) plus 4 one-year renewal option periods, that may be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. RFQ 247-0281-02 is advertised as full and open completition with an NAICS Code of 621512 with a size standard of $11.5 million. This is a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be issued o/a 6/14/02. Interested offerors may obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation free at the URL address stated below. No telephone request will be honored.
