- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to furnish Cell Saver Services for the VA Chicago Health Care System, Lakeside and West Side Division, Chicago, IL. The start date is 1 July 2002 with a completion date of September 30, 2002. There are also four one-year options that can be exercised at the Government's discretion. This Contract is a firm-fixed price. This solicitation is unrestricted. Hard copy and electronic versions of the Solicitation will be available on or about May 30, 2002. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. Offerors should contact michelle.ranes@med.va.gov or VA Central Office (202) 273-8829 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website.
