- Description
- This is a synopsis for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, uniforms and materials necessary to officiate intramural sporting events held at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, fitness center facilities. All officials must be members of the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO), or of a state registered sports officials association for the sport being officiated. Sports to be officiated are softball, basketball, volleyball and flag football. The basic period of performance will begin on or about 1 October 2002 and continue through 30 Sep 2003. There will be four additional consecutive one-year option periods available, which will be included in the evaluation for award. The solicitation will be issued and available to download on or about 14 June 2002 via the Electronic Posting System www.fedbizopps.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any documents. No hardcopy of the solicitation will be available. We request potential offerors submit their names to the individual listed below after they download the procurement package. The successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. No contract award will be made to an offeror until this requirement is met. Registration information can be obtained at www.ccr.gov. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100 PERCENT SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable NAICS code is 611620. The corresponding size standard is 6,000,000.00 dollars. Work is not in a restricted area.
