- Solicitation F29651-02-Q336 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The electronic solicitation and this synopsis constitute the only announcements. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set aside 100 percent for small business. The solicitation consists of (2) two line items. Line item 0001: Tactical Vest that also serves as ballistic vest. Line item 0002 Multi-Hit Ballistic Plates. See solicitation for complete description.
