- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12 and FAC 2001-04. This announcement is a request for quotations; A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ***** 14' x 14' high speed (minimum 3 ft/sec) electronic PVC curtain overhead door, color brown, including loop detector, orange flashing light when operational, infra-red photocells and minimum 1 year parts and labor warranty. Requirement includes the removal and disposal of the current door and installation of the new door. Door will be powered by a single phase 208/230 power supply with a standard Nema 4 control box. A site visit is scheduled at 0900 on Friday, 31 May 02. A second site visit will be held on Wednesday, 5 June if needed and a written request must be submitted to Mr. Smales no later than 12 noon on 4 June 02. Quote must include specifications for all supplies and equipment, itemized FOB destination pricing, copy of each warranty, discount payment terms (if available) and completed Annual Representations and Certifications(attached) if not quoting GSA schedule pricing. Please include your Cage Code (from Central Contractor Registration - CCR @ www.ccr.gov if already registered.) ***** This synopsis/solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside. SIC Code is 1751, NAICS Code is 235510, SBA Size Standard is $12 million. Closing date: 12 June 2002. Complete written quotations must be physically received by the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB by 4:30 pm cst on 12 June 2002 via US Mail, facsimile or email.
