- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAC 2001-04. This announcement is a request for quotations; A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. ***** Offutt AFB intends to issue a purchase/delivery order for moving services. Two squadrons are moving from one building on base to another building on base. A timeline of the move is: 10 June, contractor to provide sufficient boxes for Government personnel to pack individual items; 13-14 June, contractor to box, crate and/or otherwise prepare building equipment, furniture, files, etc. for moving, 17-20 or 21 June, contractor to move all contents to the new location. Requirement includes the disassembly, moving and reassembly of desks, workstations and equipment and the unpacking of moved items as required. A site visit is scheduled to be held Friday, 31 May at 12:30 pm cst. Site visit is required because the scope of the requirement will be defined by the offeror using the offeror's expertise.. Requirement also includes moving items from storage to the new building or the on-base DRMO office approximately one week after the initial move is completed, on or about 28 June. Offerors interested in attending the scheduled site visit must provide written notice to Jennifer Graham no later than 9:00 am on 31 May 2002. This notice must include the name of each person to attend. Quote must include discount payment terms (if available) and completed Annual Representations and Certifications (attached) if not quoting GSA schedule pricing. Please include your Cage Code (from Central Contractor Registration - CCR @ www.ccr.gov if already registered.) ***** This synopsis/solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside. SIC Code is 4783, NAICS Code is 484210, SBA Size Standard is $21.5 million. Closing date: 4 June 2002. Complete written quotations must be physically received by the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB by 12:00 pm cst on 4 June 2002 via US Mail, facsimile or email.
