- Description
- A solicitation package will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) on or about 17 June 02 for Full Food Services at Columbus AFB MS. Tasks will include, but are not limited to menu planning, item pricing, requisitioning and receipt of food, storage and issue, subsistence inventory, food preparation and service, cashier services, health and safety training, equipment maintenance, housekeeping and grounds maintenance. Period of performance will be 1 Oct 02 - 30 Sep 03 with (4) one-year option periods. This acquisition will be offered under the Randolph-Sheppard Act with full and open competition. NOTE: IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DIRECTIVE 1125.3 AND AFI 34-206, VENDING FACILITY PROGRAM FOR THE BLIND ON AIR FORCE PROPERTY WHICH IMPLEMENTS THE RANDOLPH SHEPPARD ACT, IF STATE LICENSING AGENCY (SLA) SUBMITS A PROPOSAL THAT IS WITHIN THE COMPETITIVE RANGE ESTABLISHED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER, NEGOTIATIONS ARE TO BE ACCOMPLISHED DIRECTLY WITH SLA. NAICS Code: 722310. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
