- Description
- The government anticipates award of a contract for the repair, maintenance, and replacement of roofs on Lackland AFB (including Base Housing and Wilford Hall Medical Center), Lackland Training Annex, Kelly Field and selected sites at Camp Bullis. The work required to be performed consists of, but is not limited to: removal of existing roofing material and erection and replacement of existing roofs, and repair and maintenance of various types of roofs and incidental work related thereto. The government intends to issue an Invitation for Bid that will result in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a basic period of performance of one year with four one-year option periods. Type of pricing will be firm-fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders. This acquisition will be issued on a full and open competition basis. The small business size standard is $12 million and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235610. The guaranteed minimum is $50,000.00 for the basic year only. All interested parties that submit a responsive bid will be considered. To be eligible for any future contract, prospective contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contract Registration at www.ccr2000.gov. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, all amendments, clarification letters, and other applicable documents will be issued electronically on the EPS website. It is the responsibility of all potential offerors to monitor www.eps.gov for all posted information.
