SOLICITATION / SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION # F09650-02-Q-0121 CONTRACTING OFFICE: WR-ALC/PKOE / JUANITA S EDMONDS-DUKE 235 BYRON STREET ROBINS AFB GA 31098-1611 POINT OF CONTACT: JUANITA S EDMONDS-DUKE PH: (478) 926-2057 FAX: (478) 926-7549 E-Mail to Juanita.Duke@robins.af.mil This will be a fixed priced contract for Windows compatible software of one (1) each Design Capture Ap Software p/n 206052 and ; one (1) each EDIF 2.0.0 Schematic I/F Ap Software P/N 206069; one(1) each Expedition PCB Ascent L2 Ap Software P/N 206137; one (1) each GerbTool Op Software P/N 206081; one (1) each Analog Designer Ap Software P/N 206070, one (1) each Software SET, Expedition P/N 208889. The estimated threshold of this requirement is between $25,000 and $50,000. Source of Supply: Mentor Graphics Corporation, Orlando FL. At the present time, the above named source is the only known source capable of providing the required items. Anticipated/Estimated Award Date: June 14, 2002. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISUED.L POPOSALS ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. Far Clause 52.212-4, contract terms and conditions-commercial items, applies to this acquisition. Delivery shall be within 30 days after receipt of order, at Robins AFB GA. FBO Note # 22 applies.
