SOLICITATION / SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION # F09650-02-Q-0120 CONTRACTING OFFICE: WR-ALC/PKOE / MIKE WEAVER 235 BYRON STREET ROBINS AFB GA 31098-1611 POINT OF CONTACT: MIKE WEAVER / PH: (478) 926-5106/FAX: (478) 926-7549 E-Mail to William.Weaver@robins.af.mil This will be a fixed priced contract for one (1) each PAWS Runtime Development & Production package; one (1) each Studio Debugger; one(1) each RTS Bus Talk; one (1) each Software License and Maintenance Agreement for PAWS Runtime and Development Package; one (1) each Software and Maintenance Agreement for Studio Debugger; and one (1) each Software and Maintenance Agreement for RTS Bus Talk. The estimated threshold of this requirement is between $25,000 and $50,000. Source of Supply: TXY Corporation, Reston VA. At the present time, the above named source is the only known source capable of providing the required items. Anticipated/Estimated Award Date: June 14, 2002. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISUED.L POPOSALS ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. Far Clause 52.212-4, contract terms and conditions-commercial items, applies to this acquisition. Delivery shall be within 30 days after receipt of order, at Robins AFB GA. FBO Note # 22 applies.
