Description

Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary to rehab electrical distribution system and replace natural gas lines in the Weapons Storage Area, Malmstrom AFB, MT. The scope of this project includes but is not limited to rehab of electrical distribution system as well as replacing natural gas lines in accordance with the specifications and drawings contained within the solicitation. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 1 August 2002. Request For Proposal will close on or about 31 August 2002. The performance period is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice To Proceed. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a performance price trade off basis. The acquisition is open to small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal will be available only on the internet at http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must have current registration with the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/plsql/ccr.welcome) The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS 234920.
