Description
NA Sources sought to provide Post-Residential training and technical assistance to the National Guard Bureau, Youth Program Division for, but not limited to, 31 Youth ChalleNGe program sites in 26 states and Puerto Rico (AK, AZ, AR, CA, FL, GA, HI, IL, KY, LA , MD, MI, MS, MO, MT, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OK, OR, PR, SC, TX, VA, WI, WV). This is a follow-on procurement, so much of the infrastructure is in place and would be made available to a successful contractor. As part of this assistance, the Contractor would con duct national and local training workshops, provide on-site and on-line technical assistance, provide comprehensive bench-marking services, and report overall progress of all ChalleNGe programs to the Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR). The Nation al Guard Bureau (NGB) is conducting a market survey of firms to identify sources that are capable of: 1) providing planning and delivery of an annual, four-day conference; 2) providing planning and delivery of two, National Workshops for all 31 sites; 3 ) providing design, development and delivery of Post-Residential training workshops for the staff at all ChalleNGe sites; 4) providing design and delivery of a comprehensive benchmarking program to drive the development of the training curriculum; 5) pro viding on-site technical assistance, including physical visits to all 31 sites at least one time per year; 6) providing development and close management of state-of-the-art dynamic web site for the ChalleNGe program; 7) providing development, production and inventory of a portfolio of operational and training tools for the post-residential component of the ChalleNGe Program; 8) providing briefings on a scheduled or as needed basis, but not less than monthly. Interested firms who feel they have the necessary capabilities should respond by providing the Government with the following information: A brief summary of your Compa ny's capabilities, personnel, and any related similar contracts and/or projects your company have performed or are currently performing. Request interested companies propose place of performance, not restricted to our National Guard Headquarters location. This market survey is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited.
