Description

NA Solicitation #DAHA23-02-T-0085 is extended and amended as follows: Delete 2 EA per Server 36.4 GB Ultra 3 SCSI, 10,000 rpm Hot-Plug Hard Drive. Add 2 EA 36.4GB Ultra 160 15K Hard Drive, P/N 232916-B22 for a total of 34 EA. ADD P/N 401791-002 Installatio n of Proliant DL 360 Servers to the Compaq ?Proliant? DL 360 G2 Server requirement; no 3rd party; must be Compaq certified engineer-Carepaq. Servers will be assembled and tested when shipped. Racks may be shipped separately. ADD the following requirement to Compaq Rack: P/N 146838-002 installation of service rack/cabinets; no 3rd party; must be Compaq certified engineer-Carepaq. ADD to Uninterrupted Power Supply the following item: Adapter 17 EA UPS SNMP-EN Adapter, P/N 347225-B21. Solicitation may be viewed in its entirety at www.uspfo-mo.org.
