NA **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED** POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS CAROLYN GAY, CONTRACTING OFFICER, 256-955-9197. Nomenclature: Console, Target Tracking, PRON D12F0105, NSN: 1430-01-494-2685, P/N: 31400-1, for a quantity of 25 each. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicita tion will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Contractor Tested First Article required. Contractor First Article Test Report Delivery schedule, 110 days first article production and 45 days test report submissi on. Production Quantity Delivery Schedule, 110 days after first article acceptance. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Governm ent does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest, that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement make contact wit h the firm(s) listed.
