- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-02-T-0436. This requirement is a brand name or equal and shall be awarded on an ?all or none? basis. If providing equal, provide sufficient description/descriptive literature of the physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the item for comparison purposes. CLIN 0001 GC/Flame Ionization Detector System. GC/Flame Ionization Detector System shall include: a) #G1540N, 6890N Netw ork GC System Custom, includes special configuration, LAN and RS-232 interfaces, and 7683 interface, detector EPC board, 6 temp ramps, 6 heated zones plus oven, 2 analog out. Standard Comm ercial Warranty; bb) Operator?s Manuals: 4 each in English, 1 each in German; cc) Maintenance Manuals: 3 each in English, 1 each in German; and dd) Direct delivery to customer site in Germany.
