- NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for a minimum quantity 700 each Roof Canopy Assembly, NSN: 7360-01-043-8477. The Government anticipates that this acquisition will result in a three-year Firm Fi xed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a maximum quantity of 4000 each, over the life of the contract. The general characteristics and item description are: The cotton-like duck cloth shall be rain and fire resistan t, etc. (weatherproof) material canopy. It is approximately 15 feet long x 8 feet wide in size. It has fasteners, rings, and hooks, loop hangers etc. attached to the material to fasten over tent frame like aluminum poles. The canopy is used in the food preparation areas and /or other like equipment. It is anticipated that the first delivery order for a quantity of 700 Roof Canopy assemblies will be issued at the time of basic ID/IQ contract award following the evaluation of proposals. All deliveries of the Roof Canopy Assemblies will be F.O.B Destination to either New Cumberland, PA or Stockton, CA. Offerors shall also submit a one page Past Performance sheet listing at least three (in the past two years) references for the same or similar item. The P ast Performance sheet must contain a point of contact for each, a current telephone and fax number, order/contract number. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Code is 313320 and the size standard is 500 emplo yees. This solicitation with attachments will be posted on the center website: www3.natick.army.mil, on or about 29 May 2002. Award will be made to the Offerors who offer the best overall value to the Government, and subject to the availability of fun ds. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency. Firms will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with their proposal preparation. Proposals may be submitted via Fax (508) 233-5286 or sent by overnight or regular mail to Stephen S.
