- NA The work consists of the complete refurbishment of two Otis, Traction type, passenger elevators at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in accordance with the specifications of the contract. Work is estimated to cost between $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. Solicitation wil l be issued on or about 20 June 2002. All responsible sources within the state of Texas may submit a proposal which will be considered. Request for a copy of the RFP must be submitted in writing to MEDCOM Contracting Center, ATTN: MCAA-C-FAC, 2107 17th Str eet, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234 and be accompanied by a nonrefundable Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order made out to the US Treasury in the amount of $23.40. Cash will not be accepted.
