- Description
- Work will require the awarded contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to construct a 4,700 square foot cement block maintenance building. Work includes masonry building construction, building demolition, underground utilities, asphalt pavements, shop equipment, and a modular walk-in refrigerated storage unit. Construction cost range is 500,000 - 1,000,000. Solicitation package is due to issue approximately June 24, 2002. This date is an estimate. Proposals will be due 30 days after actual issue date.
