- Clarification: The Government is seeking quotes from contractors who are regular dealers for motorcycles or motorcycle manufacturers that are qualified either as HUBZone or Small Business under this solicitation. The HUBZone motorcycle dealer or manufacturer will be considered for their offer's responsive, fair and reasonable price and offeror's responsibility. If no fair and reasonable, responsive offers from responsible HUBZone contractors are received, the procurement turns to be a Total Small Business set-aside. All fair and reasonable, responsive offers that are from responsible motorcycle dealers or manufacturers of motorcycles within the HUBZone or are Total Small Business will be considered. The response date for this quote has been extended to June 7, 2002 at 3:00 PM EST. Clarification: The solicitation number for this quote is Q3000020030.
