The U.S. Geological Survey, Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) has a requirement for delivery and installation of Rip Rap stone for placement along CERC retention lagoon in Columbia, Missouri. 1)The stone diameter shall be 6-8 inches; 2) Average installed depth of the stone shall be 2 feet; 3) The stone shall be placed from the base of the banks below the water line up to an average of 3 feet over the edge of the bank. 4) The banks of the lagoon average 3 feet to 5 feet in height. There will be a site visit see RFQ for location and date and time. Interested parties may obtain a copy by going to http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Responses to the RFQ will be due on June 10,2002. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. See numbered note 22.
