- FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUBMARINE IMAGING SYSTEM (SUBIS) Correcting Notice. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issued and posted the solicitation, numbered N00024-02-R-6212, on 29 May 2002 on the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Page at http://www.eps.gov on 30 May 2002. The due date for proposals is now 15 July 2002, and an amendment to the solicitation reflecting the change in proposal due date will be issued. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review this web page frequently for updates to any and all documents.
