- DESC: Item 01; Vacuum Hose, Ureflex #1, 2? Hose ? Qty 2000 feet. Item 0002; Vacuum Hose, Ureflex #1, 4? Hose ? Qty 4000 feet. Item 0003; Vacuum Hose, Ureflex #1, 3? Hose ? Qty 4000 feet. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This announcement is issue as N00102-02-Q-0790 The standard NACIS classification (326220) and incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition circular 2001-06. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business. Place of delivery is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH. Conditions--Commercial items;Clause 52.212-4 Commerical Items. Contract terms and conditions required implementing statues or executive o rders. Offer Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, with their response (Note: FAR text is available through the world wide web at http://www.arnet.gov/far/.
