- This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is issued as N00102-02-Q-0856 and incorporates clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 effective with changes through April 4, 2002. This acquisition is reserved from Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333911. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Pump, mixer/meter, 2500 series Graco. Item 0001 - pump for adhesive #2844-1102, Graco Model# 8665 or equal, 1 each. Item 0002 - pump for polysulfide filler # PR-944,Graco Model# 8666 or equal, 1 each. Offers other than brand name products must submit literature with quotation. Products to be shipped to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590. Quotes to be FOB Destination. Product must be received no later than 30 September 2002. Offeror must provide Duns Number, Tax ID#, Cage Code, complete Company address and phone number and must be Centrally Contract Registered to receive award. Offer must complete representations listed in clauses below. The following clauses are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. (OCT 2000) 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items As prescribed in 12.301(c), the Contracting Officer may insert a provision substantially as follows: EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsi ble offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
