- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center - Charleston, Pensacola Office intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Owl Computing Technologies, 19 North Salem Road, Cross River, NY. on a sole source basis for (1)Turn Key Enterprise Secure DFTS-1U height to include: Secure Directory File Transfer System Send/Receive Application License. Send/Receive Drivers, Data Source Computer System (HP Compaq-HP DL360), Data Receive Computer System (HP Compaq- HP DL360). On site installation and training. System is based on the new Data Diode Technology developed by the Sandia National Laboratory. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A sole source award will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes are 421430, 541511, and 611420.
