- Description
- MCLB Albany intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the original equipment manufacturer, Lockheed Martin Corporation for supply of various components of the TPS 59 Radar. The Government does not have a suitable Technical Data Package for a competitive acquisition. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3679, size standard is 500 employees. A formal solicitation will not be issued and the solicitation number is for reference purposes only. Any responsible party may submit a proposal for this requirement, which may be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
