- Description
- The U. S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Standard & Associates, Inc., 309 West Washington St.,Suite 1000, Chicago, IL 60606. Standard & Associates has copyrights on training materials that are needed to replenish current supplies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. Only written responses per e-mail (hhoop@usss,treas.gov) address received by 2 p.m. EDST, June 03, 2002 will be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. See note 22 (Sole Source Award). Note 22 modified to read 3 days in lieu of 30 days.
