- Description
- General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking sources for a Mechanical Operations and Maintenance Contract. (These services will include Operations, Maintenance and Repairs of all Buildings'systems to include: CSI Energy Management System; Digital Fire Alarm System; all Electrical Switchgears; and Central Chiller/Boiler Plant and all associated Equipment. Personal certification for the EMCS, Fire Alarm, and Electrical Switchgear systems are required.) Furnish all labor, supplies, equipment and supervision required for mechanical operation and maintenance of the Federal Building and Parking Garage at 819 Taylor Street; U.S. Court House, W. 10th & Lamar Streets; and Federal Parking Garage, 401 Texas Street, in downtown Fort Worth, TX. This procurement shall be awarded utilizing source selection procedures. Performance period is for a three-year base period, with two three-year options. The NAICS Code is 811310 and the size standard is $6.0 Mil. Elevators are excluded. Note: Solicitation is not currently available, at this time we are only seeking sources.
