- Description
- Notice is hereby provided of the Government requirement to procure for the painting at James T. Foley Courthouse. The successful contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials and equipment to prep and paint approximately 12,000 SF of corridor walls, approximately 2100 SF of doors and trim, and approximately 400 SF of fire hose panels. Also included preparation and painting of approximately 8500 linear feet of ceiling grid to be painted and replacement of appproximately 8200 square feel of acoustical ceiling tiles. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235210 and the size standard is $12 million. Payment protection bond will be required following award pursuant to the Miller Act. The completion date is 60 days commencing one day after the notice to proceed. The tentative solicitation release date is fifteen (15) days from posting to GSAFedBiz/Opps website. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for dowloading the solicitation file. Specifications and drawings will be available on request. Interested parties shall send all request to access specification and drawings to the attention of Matthew Murphy at the email address shown in this presolicitation notice. Contractors are requested to provide a street address, telephone number, business license or other documentation granted by the state or local juridiction to conduct business, valid DUNS number, vaild IRS Tax ID Number and email address. Contractors will also be required to sign a Document Security Notice. Once the request for solicitation has been accepted, the the solicitation will be mailed to the requester. Contractor should request E-mail notification from FedBizOpps in order to remain apprised of solitation availability. E-mail all request to the attention of Matthew Murphy at address shown.
