Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to negotiate solely with Peregrine Federal Systems, Inc., located at 3611 Valley Centre Drive, 5th floor, San Diego, CA 02130, to obtain software maintenance support of the following proprietary server software licenses: Facilities Center, Facilities Application Server, Facilities Center Casual User, and Facilities Center Integrator. This software ensures the effective operations of SSA's infracture to help track the performance of both corrective and preventive maintenance of SSA buildings, equipment and other items to avoid failure. Peregrine Federal Systems, Inc., is the only known source, which can provide the required services. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this publication. If an acceptable response is not received by COB June 7, 2002, SSA will initiate negotiations with Peregrine Federal Systems, Inc. for the continuation of software maintenance support. Respondents should refer to CS-FACILITIES SERVICE CENTER.
