- Elliott Hi-Reach Model Number ECH-5-125-H3H3 Brand name or equal. Contractor shall quote Brand Name Elliott or equal. Item 0001 Heavy Duty High Reach Manlift one (1) each. Please contact Buyer: Bobbie Clark for the Specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) F2TIPP13020100 Warner Robins Air Logistic Center, Robins Air Force Base, GA. This requirement is for the purchase of the following item: Heavy Duty High Reach Manlift Quantity 1 each. Delivery will be made to WR-ALC/TIP Bldg 183 Robins AFB GA within 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. This is a Small Business Set-Aside 100 percent. NAICS is 333923 and small business size is 500. Assets shall be delivered FOB destination. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-04 and are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. IAW clause FAR 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: Price and Price related factors, Conformance to performance specifications. Oral Procedures will be used for this solicitation. Quotations may be faxed to (478) 926-3569. The response date is 06 Mar 02. The anticipated award will be 13 Mar 02. See Note 1 for Small Business Set-Aside. All contractors have to register in the Central Contractor Registration to receive a Government award.
