Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Northern Great Plains Research Laboratory in Mandan, North Dakota requires one new CN Elemental Analyzer. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M, EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED ON THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-029-82HW-02. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea (970) 229-5531 on or before June 14, 2002 by 5:00 P.M. (MDT). Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-029-82HW-02 which will be available on or about May 31, 2002. The anticipated award date is June 17, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
