Description: Provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and incidentals to surface or re-surface Forest Road No. 204, Hartford, and Forest Road No. 209, Brush Creek, in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions, specifications and plans, in Cocke County, Tennessee. Work to be accomplished includes furnishing and placing crushed aggregate, hot asphalt concrete, tack coat and pavement markings. Contract time for completion is 120 calendar days.
