Description

Please note that the address stated above is incorrect. The Government intends to negotiation with Mitretek Systems, Inc., 3150 Fairview Park Drive South, Falls Church, Virginia, 22041-4159, to acquire continued assistance in the execution of a predefined systems acceptance test plan for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) electronic Research Administration system (eRA) and to ensure that all of the acceptance criteria set forth in that plan have been satisfied. The contractor will assist the NIH in various aspects of project management, including acceptance testing. In addition to oversight of integration and system acceptance testing, the contractor will attend test readiness review meetings and assist in training testers at both the integration and acceptance test levels. The contractor shall provide oversight and monitoring of all eRA design and development tasks, including, but not limited to, document review, meeting participation, and system security monitoring. The contractor will also provide assistance to NIH in the redesign and analysis of eRA databases and identification and review of vendor tools. The contractor shall provide for a proof-of-concept evaluation of the system security plan. This action is being taken under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Mitretek is the only responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy the Agency's requirement. See Numbered Note 22.
