Description: MANDATORY PRE-BID WALK THRU, JUNE 7, 2002 AT 8:00 AM. Work involves an addition/alteration to the existing Culinary Arts Building and includes sitework, concrete foundation and slab, pre-engineered metal building structural framing system, metal siding, metal roofing, doors and windows, quarry tile and resilient tile flooring, gypsum board, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, stainless steel counters and food service equipment, plumbing, ventilation, electrical power, and lighting. Contractor shall be responsible for design of the pre-engineered metal building and the concrete foundation system design.
