Description: This is a notice for sole source purchase. The following parts are being purchased for the PHI Model 420 Bender, a machine which bends metal tubing for the F-16 aircraft. The parts are: Radius Blocks (Bend Die S-),adapters for B1 style radius bend dies for model 420, drive adapter (B1 to B4 mount), tooling post adapter (B1 to B4 mount), 2 ea; Clamp Dies, clamp die adapter (C1 to C2 mount), 1 ea; Pressure Dies-follower dies, universal follower slide plate, 1 ea; Mandrels, 1 ea; Wiper Dies (steel/bronze), 1ea.
