Description

Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to: Creative Consultants of Albuquerque, NM. This is not a Request for Quotation. The requirements are and have been delegated by the small business office at Kirtland AFB to award to the sole source standards provided in FAR 6.302. The justification for this award is that the computers that are being purchased for the White Sands Missile Range have very specific requirements. The computers currently use ISA card slots which are no longer in production. There is no possibility of switching from ISA slots due to the custom made equipment they are fitted for. After extensive research Creative Consultants is the only company able to fulfill the requirements. They are able to provide the capability of upgrading the old cards to newer custom-built cards at the convenience of the government.
